Overview

At Ritva, we take pride in delivering high-quality traditional beverages. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right with your order.

Please read our policy below for details on returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • The product has a genuine quality issue

Returns are Not Accepted for:

  • Opened or partially consumed products (unless there is a verified quality issue)
  • Products reported after 7 days of delivery
  • Items purchased under offers, promotions, or free samples
  • Minor variations in taste, color, or texture (natural products may vary)

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (this is stricter and protects you better operationally) with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Resolution Options

After verification, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no extra cost, OR
  • Issue a full/partial refund to your original payment method

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your request is reviewed:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 10–14 business days

Refund will be credited to:

  • Original payment method

You will receive an email confirmation once processed.

Note: Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened consumable products (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional/free items

6. Quality Assurance

All Ritva products go through strict quality checks.

In case of any dispute, final quality assessment will be done by Purekraft Limited Private Limited.
